If the item already ships to Taiwan via Amazon, ordering it yourself is usually cheaper. Our value is sellers that won't ship to Taiwan, and multi-shop consolidation.
No VAT refund promised for now. It requires proper invoices and proof of export; the option will come later for B2B clients.
Our individual line doesn't handle alcohol or food. But specific items such as wine can go through a case-by-case / project review, with compliance and tax checks — email us.

Yes. We can help communicate with French second-hand platform sellers, purchase or receive the item, check it on arrival, then ship it to Taiwan. Second-hand items are reviewed case by case.
We look at item size and weight, seller location, whether consolidation is needed, and whether unpacking, parcel slimming, or reinforcement is required, then send a clear quote.
Before purchasing, we do a basic review. If the site, payment method, or seller status raises concerns, we warn you first and may recommend not taking the case.
The biggest fear in cross-border requests is paying and then losing contact. At Quai de France, after you approve the quote and pay the deposit, if the item is out of stock or the seller cancels the order, we refund everything, including the service fee. Every payment is backed by a registered French company.
